Evrmore Adventure LLC. general return policy is 30 days.
Several types of goods are exempt from this return policy. These include perishable goods such as food, newspapers, books or magazines, apparel items such as helmets, shoes, gloves, jackets, shirts, pants and other personal garments.
All bicycles, trikes, skateboards, whether motorized or not, are eligible for return if the vehicle is determined to be defective. A defective vehicle is defined as any vehicle in which a major component is not functioning as expected and cannot be fixed without significant effort of time and installation of parts. Small technical issues such as an error code, or a loose component do not make the item defective. For a vehicle to be eligible for the full benefit of the return, the vehicle must be returned with all all original packaging, documentation, and sales receipt. Any damage to the vehicle from rider wear and tear beyond what would reasonably be expected from the use of the vehicle automatically voids eligibility for benefits of this policy.
For general merchandise returns, the product must be returned unused and in the same condition that it appeared in the store. The product must include all original packaging including tags, documents, and any additional accessories.

- Custom ordered parts or vehicles
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days which is often between 7 – 14 business days from the time the item is received at the warehouse.
Please check your account after 14 days to verify the refund has been issued and received. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 347.467.1999 or email@example.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@evrmoreadventure.com and send your item to: Evrmore Adventure LLC, 1304 Willoughby Ave Brooklyn, NY 11237.
For items marked as “Gifts”, you can only receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified of the return. We do recommend that you contact the gift-giver and let them know that you are returning the item.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Evrmore Adventure LLC, 1304 Willoughby Ave Brooklyn, NY 11237. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75 back to the store, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
